JOB OVERVIEW

The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing. This role involves coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure that all necessary documents and deadlines are met in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and oversee all administrative aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.
-Ensure all necessary documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
-Coordinate communication between real estate agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction.
-Monitor and track key transaction deadlines, such as inspection periods, contingency removals, and closing dates.
-Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closings as needed.
-Review contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
-Maintain organized transaction files and update internal systems accordingly.
-Provide support to agents by handling inquiries and assisting with transaction-related tasks.
-Assist in problem resolution during the transaction process to ensure a seamless closing experience.
-Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Previous experience in real estate, title, mortgage, or a related field preferred.
-Strong understanding of real estate contracts, processes, and industry regulations.
-Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
-Proficiency in real estate transaction management software (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope, DocuSign) is a plus.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
