Video Editor YouTube long-form

I am looking for a talented and creative right hand to join my team! You'll be the Video Editor for long-form YouTube videos.
The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through video, has a keen eye for detail, and can transform raw footage into engaging and high-quality content.

Requirements:
- Good English skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
- provide a good work flow (solid communication)
- Strong understanding of how to align pacing/ storytelling with Visuals/Voiceover/Music/sound effects to create a captivating experience
- edit like a storyteller, not a robot

Technical skills:
- expert-level with at least one video editing software
- color grade footage

What I provide:
- Pre-written scripts and Voiceovers to streamline your editing process
- A collaborative environment for your creativity

You will have to create a small sample for my type of content with approximately 3 minutes running-time.

I'll guide you through our video creation process and try to make it as easy as possible for you.
