Virtual Assistant / Customer Support Agent

2-4 hours per day Monday - Friday.
*To increase as the business grows!

I am looking for a well English-spoken person who is computer savvy and has great organization and time management skills to help me grow my online business.

Responsibilities include:

Monitor and respond to emails; create email automations and customer replies
Build and manage sales funnels for various product launches and paint party events
Create and upload product listings on Shopify, including images, descriptions, and layout updates
Maintain and engage on social media platforms with daily posts, comments, and customer interactions
Monitor live streams and assist with real-time engagement
Schedule and send weekly newsletters and sneak peek promotions
Prepare and schedule live stream events on social media platforms and send out reminders
Design and manage links and funnels for virtual paint party registrations
Provide calendar reminders for quarterly tax filing and other important business tasks

The perfect candidates for this position MUST HAVE:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow accurate directions
Great organization and time management skills
Familiarity and knowledge with social media, Canva, ChatGpt, CapCut, Shopify, Zoom
Excellent multitasking skills and executive skills

This is NOT for you if:

You do NOT have knowledge of FB, TT, IG, Canva, ChatGpt, CapCut, Shopify, Zoom
You fold under pressure
You are NOT organized and motivated.

Willing and eager to learn and help solve problems

Ability to make effective decisions independently
Must be computer savvy
Required to work on Hubstaff with time tracking
Required to download Openphone
Must speak clear English with ability to articulate their words

Some training will be provided but you must already have STRONG computer skills.
