As we scale, we’re looking for a confident and driven Cold Calling Sales Representative to bring in new business and close high-value deals.

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a self-motivated, persuasive salesperson with a strong understanding of the U.S. digital marketing landscape. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients—introducing our services, identifying pain points, and ultimately turning cold leads into loyal customers. If you thrive in a performance-driven environment and love closing deals over the phone, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 50–100 outbound calls daily to cold leads from curated lists and lead databases.

Qualify prospects, build rapport quickly, and present relevant agency services.

Clearly communicate the value of digital marketing solutions such as SEO, PPC, social media strategy, content creation, and more.

Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism.

Schedule discovery calls or close deals directly, depending on lead quality.

Maintain accurate records of conversations and pipeline activity in CRM tools.

Collaborate with marketing and account teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-sale.

Requirements:

Fluent English with excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

2+ years of cold calling or telesales experience (preferably in marketing, SaaS, or agency sales).

Strong understanding of U.S. digital marketing trends and terminology.

Fearless attitude toward rejection and a hunger for closing deals.

Proven ability to hit KPIs and sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working independently and remotely.

Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive is a plus.
