Experienced Bookkeeper (Part-time)

We’re looking for a Part-Time EXPERIENCED Bookkeeper to join our team! If you have expertise in QuickBooks AND/OR Xero, strong Google Sheets proficiency, and a knack for financial analysis, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile financial records with precision.
- Generate bi-weekly or monthly financial reports to track company and property performance.
- Research and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
- Maintain and optimize QuickBooks / Xero accounting systems.
- Use Google Sheets to analyze data, track profit/loss, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with the team to transition and take over additional financial tasks.
- Continuously refine accounting processes for scalability and growth.

What We’re Looking For:
- Accounting/Finance Background: Experience with UK financial regulations / HMRC
- QuickBooks AND/OR Xero Expertise – Proven proficiency is essential.
- Google Sheets Proficiency – Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Attention to Detail – Accuracy in financial entries and calculations.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to find innovative financial solutions.
- Self-Motivated and Analytical – Strategic and initiative-driven approach.
- Process Optimization Skills – Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.

The Role:
- Part-time: 3 hours per day, with the potential to grow into more hours
- Work alongside a dynamic VA team
