Job Description:
We are a successful podiatry practice in the USA looking for a talented and experienced Virtual Assistant to serve as our Webmaster, YouTube Manager, and Social Media Manager. You’ll manage our WordPress websites (this is the primary goal), integrate with our established YouTube channel, and grow our presence on other social media platforms. This role is pivotal in boosting our online visibility, engaging patients, and attracting new clients through strategic digital marketing. We need someone with proven healthcare marketing experience (or an amazing laid out plan)—ideally in podiatry/chiropractic/dental/medical or a related field—who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:
Primary: Webmaster: Maintain and update our WordPress websites (e.g., content updates, SEO optimization, plugin management, basic troubleshooting).
Secondary (this is mostly already managed) YouTube Manager: Manage our existing YouTube channel—optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails; schedule uploads; analyze performance metrics (views, watch time, subscribers); suggest content ideas (e.g., foot care tips, patient testimonials).
Social Media Manager: Develop and execute strategies to grow our Instagram,
Healthcare Marketing: Leverage your healthcare background to craft content that resonates with patients (e.g., foot health education, treatment benefits).
Analytics: Track and report performance across all platforms using tools like Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and social media insights; adjust strategies based on data.

Requirements:
Mandatory Experience:
1+ years in healthcare marketing (e.g., for doctors, clinics, or wellness brands—podiatry experience is a major plus).
Proven skills managing WordPress websites (e.g., updating pages, optimizing for SEO).
Willing to work with a YouTube channel (e.g., increasing subscribers, engagement) & social media accounts, and potential google ads in the future.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with WordPress (themes, plugins).
Familiarity with Y SEO and analytics (e.g., keyword research, Studio tools).
Knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, or similar for content creation/scheduling).
Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of patient-focused marketing and basic medical terminology (e.g., “orthotics,” “heel pain”).
Setup: Reliable high-speed internet (15 Mbps minimum) and a modern computer (Windows/Mac, no tablets).
Communication: Fluent written and spoken English for clear interaction with our US team and patients online.
Availability: Ability to overlap 3–4 hours daily with US time zones (EST/PST) for real-time collaboration.
Bonus: Video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut), ad campaign experience (e.g., Meta Ads), or prior work with podiatrists/dentists.
Additional Details:
US Focus: You’ll support a US podiatry practice, adhering to HIPAA and targeting American patients.
