We're building something exciting in the property and proptech space, and we're looking for a social media manager who’s ready to help us bring it to life.

This is an opportunity to join a startup at the ground level. The page is brand new, which means you'll play a huge role in shaping our voice, strategy, and online community from day one.

???? What You'll Be Doing
- Growing our Instagram and TikTok accounts from scratch

- Posting 3x daily with a mix of trending content and original posts

- Finding and curating relevant property and lifestyle content from online sources

- Engaging with our online community, perfect English and great people skills are a must

- Organising regular shoots with our London-based content creator

- Editing short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) for daily posting

- Running and optimising Meta and TikTok ad campaigns to grow our audience

???? What We're Looking For
- A social media enthusiast who understands growth but is also keen to learn more

- Someone confident using TikTok and Instagram, including Reels and video editing tools such as CapCut and Canva

- Knowledge of or interest in London property, architecture, or interiors is a plus

- Experience in social media management is great, but not essential

- Organised, self-motivated, and excited about joining a startup with serious potential

Benefits:
- Fully remote contract role
- Flexible working hours, but will need you to overlap 3 hours every day with UK hours between 9am-5pm
- Extra week off at Christmas and Birthday off
