As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping our team stay informed, organized, and efficient. You’ll be trusted to collect, sort, and manage information so that the team always has what they need—accurately, efficiently, and right on time.

What you’ll be responsible for

- Conduct online research and organize findings for easy access
- Help track trends and spot relevant opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and keep databases up to date
- Perform data entry and maintain records with accuracy
- Collaborate with different teams to make sure information stays fresh and reliable
- Handle routine administrative tasks to support daily operations

We’re looking for someone who

- Brings experience in research, data organization, and administrative tasks
- Has worked with an eCommerce business
- Maintains trustworthiness, especially when handling sensitive information
- Stays organized and efficient
- Takes initiative and offers solutions without needing to be asked
- Communicates clearly, kindly, and professionally
- Pays sharp attention to detail
- Navigates Google Sheets, Google Docs, social media platforms, and online research tools with ease
- Prioritizes tasks and manages multiple moving parts effectively
