JOB OVERVIEW

VA Responsibilities & Tasks:

1. Email Inbox Management

Monitor, organize, and respond to emails in a timely manner.

Filter and prioritize emails for review and action.

Flag urgent messages and delegate where necessary.

2. Lead Generation & Client Follow-Up

Research and identify potential leads through various platforms.

Manage outreach and follow-up communications with prospects.

Maintain and update lead tracking systems.

3. Account Management

Oversee client accounts and ensure their needs are met.

Maintain client records, contracts, and project details.

Address client inquiries and escalate concerns as needed.

4. Course Creation & Management

Assist in developing, structuring, and organizing course content.

Upload and manage course materials on online learning platforms.

Ensure a seamless user experience for course participants.

5. WordPress Management

Update and maintain website content and pages.

Troubleshoot minor issues and coordinate with developers as needed.

Optimize website for performance and user experience.

6. Newsletter Creation & Email Marketing

Design and create engaging newsletters and email campaigns.

Manage and segment email lists for targeted outreach.

Track and analyze email performance metrics to improve engagement.



Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in virtual assistance, administrative support, or a related role.

Proficiency in email management tools (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Front, or Help Scout).

Knowledge of CRM and lead management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho).

Familiarity with online course platforms (e.g., Teachable, Kajabi, or Thinkific).

Hands-on experience with WordPress for basic content updates and management.

Strong design skills using Canva, Adobe, or email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or ConvertKit).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize, and work independently, using Trello and Asana as project management tools.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.



Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Have):

Experience in social media management.

Basic SEO knowledge for website and content optimization.

Familiarity with automation tools like SharePoint and Trello.
