About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and FAST-thinking individual to help with real estate lead generation. Your main task will be searching the internet (Upgrade to see actual info and other classified sites) for cold numbers, referencing a do-not-call list, tracking leads, and verifying numbers before inputting them into our FollowUp Boss CRM.

Responsibilities:

Quickly and efficiently search for potential leads online

Cross-reference numbers with a do-not-call list

Call leads to verify their contact details

Input verified numbers into FollowUp Boss CRM

Maintain organized records of leads and calls

Requirements:

Experience in lead generation, internet research, and cold calling

Ability to work quickly and stay organized

Strong attention to detail and data management skills

A fast and efficient thought process with excellent mouse-handling speed

Stable internet connection and a VPN (preferably for Canada)
