About the Role
We seek a talented WordPress Website Designer & Builder to create high-quality, conversion-focused websites. Your primary role will be website design, but when design work is not required, you will focus on building and implementing sites using WordPress (Zion Builder & Bricks Builder).

You should have a strong eye for modern web design, be comfortable using Figma for wireframing and prototyping, and understand SEO, CRO, and branding best practices to create high-performing websites.

Key Responsibilities
Website Design & UI/UX – Design modern, high-converting, and visually appealing websites using Figma before development.
WordPress Site Building – Build and develop WordPress websites using Zion Builder & Bricks Builder with clean, lightweight code.
SEO & CRO Implementation – Ensure all sites are SEO-friendly, optimised for speed, and conversion-focused.
Branding & Visual Consistency – Maintain high design standards and ensure branding aligns with business objectives.
Responsive & Mobile-Friendly Development – Create designs and builds that work seamlessly across all devices.
Website Optimisation – Improve site performance, loading speed, and user experience.
Showcase Past Work – Provide examples of previous website designs and builds that reflect strong UI/UX principles.

Requirements
Expert in Figma – Strong ability to wireframe, prototype, and design before development.
Proficient in WordPress Development – Skilled in Zion Builder & Bricks Builder (Elementor/Divi-only designers will not be considered).
Proven Portfolio – Must showcase high-quality website design and development work with clean, modern aesthetics.
Strong SEO & CRO Knowledge – Understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and conversion rate optimisation principles.
Branding & Visual Strategy Skills – Ability to create visually compelling designs that align with business branding.
Experience with Performance Optimisation – Ensuring fast loading speeds and optimised site performance.
Must be available between 9 AM – 5 PM Western Australia Time (AWST).
