We are an award winning luxury and group travel business led by a Virtuoso Travel Advisor, offering extraordinary service and high-end travel experiences. We are seeking a highly organised, detail-driven, and personable Travel Assistant / Coordinator to join our vibrant team based in Cebu.
*What You'll Be Doing:
- You’ll be the behind-the-scenes superstar helping bring dream holidays to life! Key responsibilities include:
- Managing travel bookings, itineraries & documentation with precision
- Handling admin tasks such as updating Google Sheets, CRM data entry &
- Researching suppliers, accommodation, transfers & other trip essentials
- Coordinating group travel logistics & maintaining meticulous records
- Preparing travel insurance quotes, invoices, and post-travel follow-ups
- Providing high-touch support and ensuring every client feels like a VIP
*We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is positive, proactive, and reliable with exceptional attention to detail
- Speaks and writes excellent English (spelling, grammar & communication matter!)
- Has experience in the travel/hospitality industry (an edge if you’ve worked with travel agencies, airlines, or 5-star hotels)
- Is tech-savvy (Google Suite, CRMs, Tramada, Galileo, etc. – we’ll train you too!)
- Can follow instructions, manage tasks efficiently, and isn't afraid to ask questions
- Loves working in a team
- Holds a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Airline or Hotel Management (a bonus!)

*Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (adjusts for daylight savings)
*Starting Salary: PHP 27,000–30,000/month + benefits & growth opportunities
