Job Description:
This pod manager will be responsible for managing the 5 local reps in office. They need to ensure people are showing up in the office on time, acting professionally, putting effort into onboarding, and displaying a willingness to learn and master the account's talk tracks. This manager will also need to provide constructive feedback and manage their people to performance, ensuring the team is driving a qualified pipeline for the account’s sales team.

Must Have Qualifications:
- Experience in managing cold outbound teams with a proven track record of performance and success
