Job Title: Ticket Broker Assistant / Operations Specialist

Location: Remote
Type: Contract / Freelance
Hours: Flexible, with availability during key ticket drops and events

Description:
We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy Ticket Broker Assistant to join our team. You’ll be supporting a fast-paced ticket resale operation by managing accounts, purchasing tickets, and optimizing ticket listings. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, dependable, and have experience navigating the secondary ticket market.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update Ticketmaster and other primary ticketing platform accounts, including changing passwords securely and efficiently.

Use Jancy web browser with proxy integration to perform various ticketing tasks anonymously and safely.

Purchase tickets across various platforms during high-demand onsales and pre-sales.

Accurately list and price tickets using tools like Skybox, based on market trends and pricing strategies.

Maintain and organize inventory using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

Track sales, pricing, and availability with strong attention to detail.

Communicate clearly and promptly regarding tasks, schedules, and any issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience working in the ticket resale industry or with high-volume online accounts.

Proficient in using Jancy or similar browsers with proxy management.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including formulas, filters, and data management.

Familiarity with Skybox or equivalent inventory management platforms.

Ability to interpret market data and price tickets competitively.

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Bonus Skills (Not required but a plus):

Experience with automation tools or browser scripting.

Understanding of event schedules, seating charts, and venue dynamics.

Experience using Upgrade to see actual info or Slack for team communication.
