We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate will not only understand the technical side of ad platforms but also possess a strong grasp of customer behaviour—how people think, buy, and interact—so we can serve them to the highest standard and maximize our ROI.

What You'll Be Doing:
Strategically managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
Developing international ad strategies tailored to each European market.
Applying behavioural insights to refine audience targeting and boost performance.
Monitoring and analysing data to continuously optimise results.

Email Marketing – Building flows and campaigns to retain, convert, and re-engage customers.
SEO – Ongoing optimisations to help us grow organically and perform across all search platforms.
