FIGMA DESIGN WORK + COPYWRITER

Hi future staff! My names Sumayah and I'm looking to hire a creative designer / copywriter helper to help me with my graphics for my Linkedin account - Upgrade to see actual info - here is the job role! I am happy to either take on one full time member for this role, or have two part time members. One working on the design aspect and another on the Linkedin copy and engagement. If you feel like you can do both then thats even better!

Here is the job role: SUMAYAH LinkedIn Content Strategy
Post a combination of cheat sheets, infographics, and quotes on the SUMAYAH LinkedIn account. One post should be published every day throughout the month, focusing on business tips, financial success, productivity, self-development, emotional intelligence, and mindset.
Write and schedule the copy for each post, which should go live at 8 AM UK time daily.
Post daily on Sumayah Saadi's personal LinkedIn account at 1 PM UK time.
Send out a maximum number of invites per day to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Define comments and reactions to post daily to ensure activity on the account.
Engage with top creators worldwide within the field by commenting on their posts.
Track follower growth on the LinkedIn account daily.
Clear any invites and promptly alert Sumayah of any new messages in the LinkedIn inbox, ensuring the inbox is cleared daily.
Create 2 lead magnet posts per month about business and financial freedom. These posts could be in PDF format and must provide value.
Message followers to join the SUMAYAH newsletter, with a focus on targeting the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to build the newsletter subscriber base.
Use Linkedin tools to identify the best hooks for posts and come up with content ideation.
Update the Favikon following UK list every week, focusing on the top 60 creators.
Interact with the remaining 40 creators' posts manually by setting up notifications on the account to alert when they post, enabling interaction.
Klaviyo Email Marketing & Personal Newsletter
Klaviyo Email Marketing: Design and send out email campaigns for the SUMAYAH brand. These campaigns should be sent three times a week.
Personal Newsletter: Design and send one Sumayah personal newsletter per week, ensuring the design is aligned with the SUMAYAH brand.
Additional Design Tasks: There will also be additional design tasks as part of the role, including any other design-related work for the SUMAYAH brand and newsletters.
