About the Role:
Our dynamic recruiting firm is looking for a talented and creative Job Advertisement Copywriter to craft compelling and engaging job advertisements. This role requires a deep understanding of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and persuasive writing techniques to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, excellent writing skills, and a keen ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and optimize job advertisements to maximize engagement and applicant response rates.
- Tailor job descriptions to reflect company culture, role expectations, and unique selling points.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and create targeted job postings.
- Ensure all job postings align with brand voice, tone, and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Adapt job ads for various platforms, including job boards, social media, and career sites.
- Monitor and analyze job ad performance to improve effectiveness and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment advertising.
- Assist in developing other recruitment-related marketing materials as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Proven experience in copywriting, recruitment marketing, or job advertisement writing.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt writing style for different roles, industries, and audiences.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Sheets/Docs/Drive) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SEO optimization for job postings.
- Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices in talent acquisition marketing.
- Familiarity with social media and digital advertising strategies for job promotions.
