Full-Time Junior Developer – CPA Affiliate Marketing

Rate: $850 ~ Full time work 40+ hours a week M-F

We are looking for a full-time Junior Developer with at least 1 year of experience to build technical solutions for our CPA affiliate marketing business. The ideal candidate will focus on developing websites, automation tools, and bots to enhance our marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Core Skills & Experience (Must-Have)
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Experience with web development frameworks like React
Knowledge of automation and scripting languages
Experience with Puppeteer, Playwright, or similar automation tools
Familiarity with APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud, etc.)
Understanding of web scraping techniques and tools
Basic knowledge of database management

Technical Focus Areas:
Developing and maintaining automation bots for affiliate marketing tasks
Creating scripts to streamline campaign management
Building and optimizing landing pages for CPA offers
Implementing tracking systems for campaign analysis
Integrating AI tools via APIs into our marketing stack
Setting up anti-detection systems for various platforms
Troubleshooting technical issues with existing tools and systems

Additional Tech & Tools (Nice-to-Have)
Python knowledge is a plus
Experience with WordPress and Elementor
Familiarity with Virtual Machines (VMs)
Knowledge of browser fingerprinting, proxy usage, and anti-detection techniques

Work Environment & Expectations
Windows users only

Fully remote, but willing to travel within the Philippines (company-sponsored) for occasional co-working sessions

Must be available for a mid-shift schedule (PH time zone)

Residing in Manila is preferred but not required

Full-time only – No other jobs allowed, except internal side projects
Portfolio required with examples of automation projects and website developed
