Job Title: Digital Analyst / Performance Marketing Analyst
Hours: Part time PST (Los Angeles time) | With time tracker, screenshare, and Google Meet Video ON

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Digital Analyst / Performance Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role requires expertise in analyzing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking, measuring, and optimizing online marketing efforts to improve performance and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
? Campaign Performance Analysis:
? Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates, etc.) across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
? Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
? Generate reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
? Conversion Tracking & Data Analytics:
? Implement and manage tracking solutions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel to measure campaign effectiveness.
? Analyze website traffic, audience behavior, and user journeys to enhance campaign targeting.
? Optimize landing pages and funnel performance to improve conversion rates.
? Strategy & Optimization:
? Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing digital campaigns to enhance performance.
? Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
? Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine audience segmentation strategies.
? Cross-Platform Reporting & Insights:
? Consolidate data from multiple advertising platforms to provide a holistic view of marketing performance.
? Build automated reports and dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio, Excel, or BI tools.
? Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights that influence decision-making.

Requirements:
-2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in performance marketing or paid media.
-Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
-Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTM tracking, and event tracking implementation.
-Experience in building dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio, Excel, or other BI tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
-Knowledge of SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and web analytics best practices is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis (a plus but not required).
-Previous experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
