We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Digital Analyst / Performance Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role requires expertise in analyzing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads,
Key Responsibilities:
? Campaign Performance Analysis:
? Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates, etc.) across Google Ads, Meta Ads
? Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
? Generate reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
? Conversion Tracking & Data Analytics:
? Implement and manage tracking solutions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and
? Analyze website traffic, audience behavior, and user journeys to enhance campaign targeting.
? Optimize landing pages and funnel performance to improve conversion rates.
? Strategy & Optimization:
? Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing digital campaigns to enhance performance.
? Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
? Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine audience segmentation strategies.
? Cross-Platform Reporting & Insights:
? Consolidate data from multiple advertising platforms to provide a holistic view of marketing performance.
? Build automated reports and dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio, Excel, or BI tools.
? Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights that influence decision-making.
Requirements:
-2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in performance marketing or paid media.
-Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads
-Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTM tracking, and event tracking implementation.
-Experience in building dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio, Excel, or other BI tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
-Knowledge of SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and web analytics best practices is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis (a plus but not required).
-Previous experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
