Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented B2B Digital Marketing Operations Manager to oversee task coordination, streamline content workflows, and drive efficient execution of marketing campaigns. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining operational structure, meeting project deadlines, and ensuring seamless client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

*Task Management and Workflow Optimization:*
* Utilize Upgrade to see actual info to manage and track tasks, ensuring timely project completion.
* Maintain structured workflows to optimize productivity and accuracy.
* Document meeting takeaways and delegate tasks to relevant teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

*LinkedIn Campaign Execution and Remarketing:*
* Manage LinkedIn content campaigns with a focus on remarketing strategies.
* Collaborate with the team to refine LinkedIn remarketing efforts and maximize engagement.

*Copywriting and Content Development:*
* Develop engaging ad copy for Google Ads search campaigns, aligning with brand messaging.
* Work closely with internal teams to produce clear and strategic creative briefs.

*Client Communication and Reporting:*
* Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports summarizing campaign performance, insights, and optimizations.
* Create visually compelling and easy-to-understand client presentations.
* Serve as the communication link between clients, the team lead, and campaign managers.

Required Qualifications:

* At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing operations, campaign coordination, or content management.
* Strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads, particularly in remarketing and content campaigns.
* Proven copywriting skills with experience in Google Ads search campaigns.
* High-level organizational abilities with experience in Upgrade to see actual info or similar task management tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience managing B2B marketing campaigns.
* Familiarity with additional paid media platforms such as Upgrade to see actual info Ads and Facebook Ads.
* Ability to create and present client-facing reports with actionable recommendations.
