Objective:

Respond to all new leads within 30 minutes to optimize conversion potential.
Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
Live Sales Call Handling
Answer incoming sales inquiries in real-time to enhance customer interactions and engagement.
Deliver professional and informed responses to prospective clients.
Post-Event Lead Outreach
Contact and qualify leads gathered from industry events and trade shows.
Schedule follow-up calls and meetings to advance sales discussions.
Re-Engagement of Inactive Leads
Reach out to previously lost or inactive leads via phone and
