Temporary Sales & Lead Development Associate – 2-Month Contract

Objective:
Support sales initiatives by ensuring prompt lead engagement, diligent follow-ups, and strategic market research to strengthen the company’s presence across the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement & Follow-Up
Respond to all new leads within 30 minutes to optimize conversion potential.

Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.

Live Sales Call Handling
Answer incoming sales inquiries in real-time to enhance customer interactions and engagement.

Deliver professional and informed responses to prospective clients.

Post-Event Lead Outreach
Contact and qualify leads gathered from industry events and trade shows.

Schedule follow-up calls and meetings to advance sales discussions.

Re-Engagement of Inactive Leads
Reach out to previously lost or inactive leads via phone and email to assess renewed interest.

Gather insights on lost deals to refine future sales strategies and uncover re-engagement opportunities.

Market Research & Expansion Strategy
Identify underserved regions in the U.S. and Canada where company presence is limited.

Research and recommend potential partners, distributors, or direct sales opportunities to expand market reach.

Duration:
Fixed-term contract for two months with a focus on driving lead conversion and market expansion.
