Role Objective:
Turn abandoned online shopping carts into completed purchases by engaging with international customers, achieving revenue targets, and honing your global sales expertise.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls/emails to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
Clearly communicate offers and incentives to encourage conversions.
Maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
Consistently achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Provide insights based on customer interactions to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year international sales experience (Mandatory).
Ability and willingness to work night shifts (Mandatory).
Must Have American Accent.
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Preferred:
Prior experience in e-commerce, customer retention, or abandoned cart recovery programs.
