Senior Video Editor

I need one or more editor(s) that are experienced in creating and editing videos in the crypto niche.
Here is a reference of the kind of videos I want to create:

I need to replace the person in the video with an AI avatar with a mask or maybe without the avatar
job requirements:
Starting from a script I am going to provide the candidate should create a video 5-10 minutes long, this includes:
-Creating a voice over (using eleven labs or any other good quality tts
-keep the same style, the same timing of the cuts, the same entertaining qualities of the reference video, but changing the voice over obviouly.
-Optional: create an AI avatar (this avatar will be shown a few seconds every time, to keep the video entertaining

The goal of this video campaign I want to start is to create long form and short form content to advertise a telegram trading bot similar to Upgrade to see actual info or trojan, so in the videos there will be a lot of tutorials but since I want the videos to sound genuine I want to start creating videos from already successful ones while re-adampting the script so that it showcases my trading bot and drive traffic to it.
