Job Overview & Summary:
- Strategise & Creating engaging content that aligns with Flapen’s brand voice and goals.
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor, track, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers and brand advocates.
- Analyze competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Ensure compliance with social media policies and guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and budget management.
