Appointment Setter - Fitness Business - Instagram

We’re looking for an Appointment Setter to join our remote team and help us book calls with warm leads from our growing pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients via SMS, email, and social media.
Book discovery and strategy calls for our sales team.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure high call attendance.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not required).
Experience appointment setting using Instagram
Interest of experience in Fitness.

Work Schedule

Flexible hours with availability to work during New Zealand (NZDT) & Australia (AEDT) business hours.
Part-time or full-time depending on your availability and performance.
