Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Dropshipping Customer Support Representative with at least 2 years of experience in the dropshipping/e-commerce industry and prior knowledge of Shopify. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing post-purchase support via
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via
Manage order cancellations, refunds, and partial refunds.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Resend products to customers when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in dropshipping customer support.
Prior experience using Shopify and helpdesk tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain professionalism.
