Podcast Editor for Audio and Video, US time zone

We are looking for a Audio and Video Podcast Editor who is able to work in US time zones. This role involves creating and editing weekly podcasts. You will work closely with our client managers to ensure that each episode is finalized. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Time Zone: To ensure effective collaboration, should be available 4-5 hours in 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific for responses and real-time collaboration. (PST, Los Angeles time zone)

Turn around times:
2 day turn around for completed episodes, some episodes need small revisions so being available to make revisions within 24 hours is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Can handle MultiCam editing from live shoots as well as remote recordings with up to 4-5 guests
- Ensure audio quality is optimal including noise reduction, volume leveling, light mixing, mastering. Insert: Graphics, captions, other visual elements as needed.
- Edit raw video footage into polished podcast episodes, including cutting, rearranging, and enhancing audio and visual elements, 30 - 60 minute episodes
- Collaborate producers and client managers for feedback or files.
- Add graphics, captions, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure audio quality is optimal, including noise reduction and mixing.
- Incorporate music and sound effects that align with the podcast's tone and style.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing and podcast production.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Assist in creating promotional clips for social media and marketing purposes.

I had a input a wage for the post but we are actually looking to pay per episode at a flat rate so it's the same each time for a 60 min video episode.
