The Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for building features across the stack — from performant UI components to scalable API endpoints. You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to shape user experiences, with an eye toward performance, scalability, and clean architecture.



What You'll Do

Develop and maintain full-stack features using Next.js, React, Node.js, and Payload CMS
Leverage Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), and API Routes in Next.js to build performant applications at scale
Build serverless APIs and integrations using Vercel Functions, Azure Functions, or similar tools
Architect efficient, scalable database structures and queries with PostgreSQL on Neon
Work on performance optimization for applications handling large volumes of content and data
Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to overall code quality, reliability, and maintainability


Tech Stack

Frontend: Next.js (SSG, ISR, SSR), React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript
Backend: Node.js, Payload CMS
Database: PostgreSQL via Neon (serverless)
DevOps & Infra: Git, GitHub, CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, Vercel), serverless functions


Requirements

2+ years of experience building full-stack web applications
Proficient in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js
Experience implementing SSG/ISR strategies for optimized page performance
Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and scalable backend architecture
Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD, and testing best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and a performance-first mindset


Bonus Points

Experience with Payload CMS or other headless CMS platforms
Familiarity with Neon (serverless PostgreSQL)
Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or Databricks
Building APIs or data connectors using Azure Functions or Vercel Functions
Experience working with large-scale data ingestion or analytics workflows
Knowledge of edge computing, caching strategies, or CDN integrations

Work schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST with 1 hour break, 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM Manila time
