We’re looking for a confident, professional communicator who can speak clearly and help potential customers get the answers they need — before they even know what to ask! If you have excellent English and love helping people, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do:
Handle all incoming phone calls from potential clients using
Manage live chats on our website and promptly respond to inquiries.
Answer pre-sale questions about our products and services (training provided).
Respond to comments under social media/creative ads, driving engagement and trust.
Work closely with our internal Post Sales team to bridge communication between pre-sales and post-sales.
Maintain a professional, friendly tone that reflects our brand in every interaction.
Hours & Structure:
Monday – Friday

You’ll be “on stand-by” during shift hours and expected to respond quickly when a call or chat comes in.
Estimated 0–6 calls per day, depending on volume.
Daily collaboration with the internal team.
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional English skills – both spoken and written.
Neutral or light accent is highly preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or phone handling.
Confident on the phone – friendly, professional, and able to handle basic sales conversations.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
Comfortable using tools like
Stable internet connection and quiet work environment for taking calls.
