SEO Social Media Marketing Assistant

We are a residential real estate builder and investment firm based in Silicon Valley, managing over $300M in assets across California.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts and enhance our social media branding and SEO across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:
- You will mainly focus on SEO for our social media channel, including curating relevant hashtags for our posts etc, to help improve our digital branding awareness
- You will also help optimize our YouTube thumbnails and implement strategies to increase views and engagement.
- You will assist the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and maintaining the content calendar.
- You will help promote real estate projects, company updates, and events across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) using the right key words on captions and texts written on the flyers, videos, reels, etc
- Support other marketing-related tasks as needed.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Brand Awareness Building and SEO
- Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Suite is a plus).
- A strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player.

Job Details:
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST (includes a 30-minute lunch break)
- Full-Time, Remote Position
- Quarterly Bonus after a 3-month probation period
