Data Support Specialist Team Lead

**Job Summary:**
Personic Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced DSS (Data Support Specialist) Team Lead to manage and guide a team of data support specialists. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a DSS Team Lead, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of data entry processes while promoting a collaborative and productive team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Data Support Specialists to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor team productivity, provide feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance across company databases and systems.
- Perform quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues promptly.
- Provide training and guidance to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on data entry procedures and best practices.
- Generate and analyze reports to assess team performance and support management decisions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with data security protocols.
- Manage workflow, assign tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in data management or a similar environment.
- Strong understanding of data entry systems and data management principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in data entry, data accuracy, and using Upgrade to see actual info, as well as EHR/EMR systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in healthcare or knowledge of healthcare data management is a plus.
