Remote Part-Time HR & Finance Specialist (20 Hours/Week | Mountain Time Shift)
One of our valued clients is looking for an experienced HR & Finance Specialist to join their team remotely on a part-time basis (20 hours per week), working in Mountain Time (MT). This role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional who can efficiently manage HR operations, payroll, and financial processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HR processes, including payroll management and contractor administration.
Manage financial transactions, reconciliation, and accounts payable.
Utilize accounting software and financial tools such as Brex, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
Ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and HR-related data.
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Assist with onboarding, contract management, and payroll administration.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as an HR Administrator handling U.S. clients.
Expertise in payroll processing, contractor management, and HR operations.
Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and accounts payable.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Preferred Experience:
Background in HR, operations, or financial administration.
Experience using Brex or similar financial management platforms.
Strong knowledge of onboarding, contract management, and payroll processes.

Shift: Mountain Time (MT)
Hours: 20 hours per week (Part-time)

Primary Device – Laptop or desktop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent).
Backup Device – A second laptop or desktop (i5 or equivalent) as a contingency.
Stable Internet – High-speed connection for seamless operations.
Backup Internet Source – A secondary ISP or pocket Wi-Fi for uninterrupted work.
Power Backup – A UPS or alternative power source to prevent disruptions during outages.
