Job Title: Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Specialist to help expand our online presence, engage our audience, and grow our impact. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, understands SEO and social media trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in creating, repurposing, and editing content, managing multiple platforms, optimizing reach through SEO writing and keyword research, and developing data-driven social media strategies. You’ll also engage with influential moms for interviews, manage giveaways, collect testimonials, and analyze audience feedback to refine our approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
Create, repurpose, and edit engaging content (posts, reels, videos, graphics, blogs) for multiple social media platforms.
Schedule and post content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Optimize posts with SEO-driven captions, hashtags, and keywords to maximize visibility.
Monitor trends and adapt content strategy accordingly.

Social Media Growth & Strategy
Conduct keyword research and analyze current social media trends to drive engagement and reach.
Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy that aligns with our brand’s mission and goals.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making adjustments to improve performance.

Community Engagement & Influencer Outreach
Identify and reach out to influential moms for potential interviews and collaborations.
Foster engagement by responding to comments, messages, and questions.
Run and manage contests, challenges, and giveaways to increase community participation.

Market Research & Audience Insights
Conduct market research to better understand our ideal audience, their needs, and pain points.
Create and distribute feedback surveys to improve content and engagement strategies.
Collect and organize client testimonials for use in marketing materials.

Ideal Candidate:
- Has proven experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Strong understanding of SEO, trend analysis, and keyword research.
- Excellent copywriting and content editing skills.
- Experience with influencer outreach, interviews, and relationship building.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
- Passionate about motherhood, personal development, and community building.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools.
- Video editing skills for short-form content.
- Familiarity with running Facebook Ads and paid promotions.
