Ecommerce backend manager

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Backend Manager with a track record preferably for shopify stores in fashion. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing backend operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize our backend systems to ensure dispute rates below 1%
- Improve customer support funnels to boost satisfaction without excessive refunds
- Oversee the entire supply chain and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Keep an overview of our chargebacks and analyze root causes for them
- Conduct quality checks with the supplier and maintain product standards
- Maintain strict communication and cooperation with supplier and customer support team
- Hold supplier accountable for shipping timelines
- Previous experience in fashion e-commerce is strongly preferred.
