Looking For: A reliable, creative, and self-sufficient website expert to help complete a beautiful, modern Squarespace site for a global wellness brand.

We are building a one-of-a-kind global wellness movement blending ancient wisdom, modern science, and cutting-edge technology. Our project is nearly ready to launch—we’ve done all the hard work, written the copy, mapped the client journeys, and built most of the site. Now we need a highly skilled, detail-focused person to help us bring it over the finish line.

Who You Are:

You’re someone who:

Has excellent Squarespace experience

Understands how to build beautiful, clean, functional layouts

Can confidently work with buttons, forms, page layouts, styling, and link connections

Has an eye for aesthetics and user flow

Is confident using or setting up tools like Typeform, Tally, Paperform, Calendly, Zapier

Can double-check every link, button, and layout so the site feels smooth and professional

Works quickly and doesn’t need micro-managing

What You’ll Be Doing

Audit the existing Squarespace site (~90% complete)

Fix any broken links or missing button/page connections

Ensure all content is beautifully formatted and mobile-optimized

Help embed forms (e.g. Typeform, Tally, etc.) and link to email/scheduling/payment systems

Assist with setting up tools like Calendly, PayPal, Revolut links

Provide suggestions for improving layout, flow, or speed

Help prepare the site for final testing and go-live


Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience working with Squarespace websites

Strong English and communication skills

High attention to detail

Reliable internet connection and availability for daily updates/check-ins

Bonus: experience in wellness, personal development, or conscious business


Pay & Timeline

Pay: USD/hour depending on skill and experience

Hours: Flexible, part-time to start (but must be fast + responsive)

Timeline: We need the site finished and live within the next 5–7 days

Ongoing Work: For the right person, this could lead to long-term freelance or part-time work as we expand
