Key Responsibilities
? Outbound Recruiting
+ Actively source remote sales talent using social media
+ Initiate cold outreach and conversations to engage potential reps
+ Build relationships with reps who aren’t responding to ads or traditional funnels
? Concierge / Customer Success
+ Serve as the welcoming face of
+ Provide ongoing support, success check-ins, and account updates for our clients
+ Track client wins and progress, turning them into clear reports and proof of performance
+ Maintain communication with clients through
? Appointment Setting & DM Management
+ Rapidly respond to inbound DMs and inquiries from reps and companies
+ Set qualified appointments for our team when needed
+ Keep communication crisp, friendly, and highly responsive
*Tools You’ll Use (and Should Be Comfortable With)*
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Social platforms:
- CRM systems like GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar
- Slack, Loom, and project tools
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to assist with copywriting and follow-up

*Ideal Background*
- 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales/recruiting
- Experience working with CRMs and handling inbound and outbound communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background in remote work or virtual customer-facing roles is a plus
- Recruiting experience is highly preferred
