VA - US Customer Support

We’re looking for a Customer Support (VA) to provide email support for our U.S. customers. If you have experience in e-commerce and Shopify, this is the perfect role for you!

Must Have:
-Strong English communication skills
-1+ years of experience in U.S. customer service
-Experience in e-commerce customer support (Shopify)
-Proficiency in Zendesk

Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via email (order tracking, warranty, general concerns)
-Access Shopify to resolve customer issues and process requests
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Plus to Have:
-Familiarity with Amazon seller platforms
-Additional experience with Shopify features and tools
