Job Title: Expert Ad Campaign Setup Manager for Google, YouTube, Facebook & Native Ads

Job Type: Freelance/Contract

Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced digital advertising specialist to set up and manage our ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including:

Google Display Ads (Must find placements or keywords for both our B2B and B2C ads)

Google Adwords (Search) (Must find placements or keywords for both our B2B and B2C ads)

YouTube Ads (VSL)


Facebook
Ads (Meta) - (Must upload creatives + find targeting)

Native Ads (Taboola, Outbrain)

Our ideal candidate is someone who understands performance-driven ad strategies and can generate high-quality leads for our portable pickleball courts, targeting businesses, event organizers, schools, resorts, and individuals looking to start a business with our product.

Responsibilities:

Plan, set up, and optimize ad campaigns on all specified platforms.

Conduct audience research and targeting to ensure maximum ROI.

Create compelling ad creatives (text, images, and videos as needed).

Implement conversion tracking and analyze campaign performance.

Continuously test and refine campaigns to improve performance.

Provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations.

Set up landing pages as well as lead magnets to capture lead email and phone on our website (Wix)

Requirements:

Proven experience running and optimizing ads on Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Native ad networks.
Familiarity with Wix

Strong knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting.

Experience with retargeting strategies and lookalike audiences.

Proficiency in Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.

Ability to analyze data and adjust campaigns for optimal performance.

Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear reporting.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with lead generation strategies for high-ticket physical products.

Familiarity with B2B and event marketing campaigns.

Ability to create compelling ad creatives with AI tools.
