Manager for Elite Coaching Team

We’re looking for a highly skilled Manager to oversee and support our growing team of expert coaches at The Sport Dietitian. If you have strong leadership experience, a passion for team development, and the ability to handle high-level responsibilities, this role is for you!

Role Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage new coaches, ensuring smooth onboarding and performance.
Use HubSpot and Trainerize to track and optimize operations.
Have challenging conversations when needed—assertive yet professional.
Maintain clear communication and provide structured feedback to coaches.
Lead by example—be coachable, open to learning, and adaptable.


What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Manager – Proven track record managing HIGH-LEVEL professionals for at least 5 years.
Tech-savvy – Knowledge in using HubSpot, Trainerize, Zoom, and other digital tools.
Confident Communicator – Fluent English, strong Zoom presence.
Strong Leadership Skills – Can motivate, mentor, and hold people accountable.
Based in the Philippines – Remote role with flexible hours.

Compensation:
£1,500 per month (with potential for growth based on performance).
