Our client is an established digital marketing agency specializing in social media content, digital funnels, and creative marketing solutions is looking for a Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to drive new business and help scale their impact across the Asia-Pacific and global markets.

Role Overview:
As a Sales & Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be the engine behind our client's growth identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with entrepreneurs, content creators, wellness experts, and lifestyle brands. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, ensuring a seamless client experience and strong pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted outreach via cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking to generate qualified leads
- Build, manage, and optimize sales funnels and pipelines
- Lead discovery calls and initial consultations to understand client pain points and digital marketing needs
- Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and presentations based on client requirements
- Manage contract negotiations and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Collaborate with creative and project teams to align solutions with client goals
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies to improve results

Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-3 years of proven success in sales or lead generation, ideally within the digital marketing or agency space
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Skilled in handling objections, negotiating, and closing deals
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Solid understanding of digital marketing services including social media, content creation, digital funnels, and web development
- Experience working with clients across Oceania, Asia, and North America is highly regarded
- Knowledge of industries such as wellness, beauty, F&B, and coaching
