JOB TITLE: Creative Marketing & Content Specialist (Full-Time)

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Highly Proficient in Canva: Able to create eye-catching graphics and social media creatives.
- Skilled in Video Editing: Capable of editing both short-form and long-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Experienced in Facebook Ads: Can set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns for strong results.
- Strong at Copywriting: Able to write compelling, on-brand copy for ads, product descriptions, and social posts.
- Familiar with Shopify: Comfortable managing product listings, pricing, and store maintenance.
- Social Media Management-Ready (or Willing to Learn): Prepared to schedule, post, and engage on various platforms.
- Open to Routine/Repeated Tasks: Willing to handle tasks like creating videos in a set template, uploading GIFs to Giphy, and other ongoing duties.
- Adaptable & Quick to Learn: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Dependable & Detail-Oriented: Delivers high-quality work on time, consistently.
- Enthusiastic & Motivated: Proactive in suggesting new ideas and continuously improving skills.

Job Overview:
We’re a small, dynamic team managing viral social media accounts and client campaigns. You’ll be involved in everything from brainstorming and designing graphics to editing videos, managing social media posting schedules, and running Facebook ads. Some tasks will be creative and varied; others may be more routine, like uploading GIFs or editing videos based on a pre-set template. Our workload can change week to week, so adaptability is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design (Canva): Create on-brand social media graphics and marketing materials.
2. Video Editing: Produce engaging videos that capture audiences on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
3. Facebook Ad Management: Develop, launch, and optimize campaigns, analyzing performance data to drive results.
4. Copywriting & Content Creation: Craft compelling copy for ads, product descriptions, social posts, and more.
5. Shopify Management: Keep product listings updated, manage pricing, and ensure a top-notch shopping experience.
6. Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts, engage with followers, and monitor trends to keep content fresh.
7. Routine/Repeated Tasks: Be ready to handle tasks like creating template-based videos or uploading GIFs to Giphy.
8. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the team to brainstorm creative strategies and improve existing processes.
9. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze results, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.

Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience or demonstrable skills via a portfolio.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Reliable internet connection and the ability to stay in close contact with the team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week), with flexibility to handle occasional weekend or holiday tasks.
- Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges in a rapidly changing environment.
