Full-Time Video Editor for Dog Training Content

Leader of the Pack, a top-tier dog training brand, is looking for a talented and creative full-time video editor to join our team. We're searching for someone who can transform raw training sessions into engaging, high-quality video content that resonates with dog owners and performs well on social media.

Responsibilities:
Edit video content from dog training sessions with clients into engaging, story-driven content.

Mimic popular dog training content styles, including Antonio’s own successful viral content.

Craft catchy, trending videos using current social media trends and formats.

Identify and highlight valuable, informative Upgrade to see actual infonts within dog training sessions to create cohesive narratives.

Add captions, effects, and background music to enhance content engagement.

Organize and categorize video content for easy access and future use.

Collaborate with Antonio to ensure the content aligns with his style and messaging.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a video editor, ideally with experience in social media content creation.
- Strong understanding of English (both spoken and written).
- Ability to tell a compelling story using video and audio content.
- Strong grasp of social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Ability to work independently, take creative direction, and deliver consistent high-quality content.
- Comfortable working with fast turnarounds and adjusting content based on performance.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience editing content related to dog training or pets is a plus.

Familiarity with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

Understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimize content for maximum reach.
