Data-Driven Decision Making: Dive deep into performance data, running detailed analysis to identify opportunities and trends that will supercharge our campaigns.

Strategic Campaign Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven strategies that achieve business objectives.

A/B Testing Mastery: Innovate with A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and targeting to fine-tune campaigns and maximize conversion rates.

Insightful Reporting: Deliver actionable insights and reports, highlighting key campaign successes, opportunities for improvement, and actionable recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) with a proven track record of success.

Creativity & Strategy: You have an eye for creating compelling ads that speak to your audience, combined with a strategic mindset to drive measurable results.
