Job Description:
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Meta Ads creative designer to join our team full-time, creating ads for 4-6 client accounts and helping us consistently produce best-in-class results, and ads that convert.

As our creative designer, you’ll be compensated per client (with performance bonuses) and will be responsible for the following key tasks:

- Analysing & Auditing Competitors Ads
- Crafting Conversion Focused Ad Creatives (Static & Video)
- Researching Trends
- Ongoing Reporting & Client Communication

Job Requirements:

- 2+ Years of Proven Experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Strong Track Record of Creating Successful Ads (ROAS & CPA Targets)
- Case Studies & Proof of Results with E-commerce brands
- Deep Understanding of Meta Ads & Marketing
- Ability to Work 6+ Hours a Day Crafting Compelling Ads & Researching
- Excellent Communication
- Fluent English (Written & Spoken)
