Finance Manager / Accountant for Info Business

We are looking for someone with UK accounting experience to come in and help provide support. If you have IOSS experience for European companies that is also a bonus.

Tasks:

- bookkeeping using Xer
- bank reconciliations
- paying invoices
- chasing outstanding invoices from clients
- weekly financial analysis / reports on profitability
- help prepare VAT returns (UK and IOSS)
- other ad hoc tasks

This will be for 2 businesses - one is eCommerce, the other is an online course. I think it will be part time work, 4-5 hours per day.

Requirements:

- knowledge of Xero, Dext, Slack, Google Sheets (for reporting)
- experience with UK companies, and a bonus European (malta)
- good accounting experience & experience with the takss mentioned
