CRM & Email Automation Specialist (Virtual Assistant | GoHighLevel Expert | Real Estate Media)

JOB OVERVIEW:
Harber Media is a premium real estate media company based in Los Angeles, California. We serve top-producing real estate agents with high-quality photography, videography, and marketing services. We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-obsessed CRM Specialist to manage and execute backend operations in GoHighLevel (GHL).

This is a back-of-house role. You will work behind the scenes to ensure our contact database is accurate, segmented, and optimized—while executing automation campaigns designed to keep our clients engaged and our leads converting. You must already be highly experienced with GoHighLevel.

We are not looking for someone to learn GHL—we are looking for someone who can own it.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and organize contact records within GHL
Clean and import new contact lists (agent rosters, client data, top producer lists, etc.)
Apply and update tags, lead statuses, sources, and segmentations
Execute pre-built campaigns and automation workflows (emails, follow-ups, etc.)
Assign leads to the appropriate pipelines and workflows
Monitor automation success (opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes) and flag issues
Perform weekly audits to ensure CRM data is clean and campaign-ready
Follow SOPs for campaign execution (provided to you in written format)

REQUIREMENTS:

? Proven experience with GoHighLevel is required
(You must be able to demonstrate this—no exceptions)
? High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
? Experience with email automations, tagging, segmentation, and CRM cleanup
? Strong English reading comprehension and communication
? Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel for basic data formatting
? Reliable internet connection
? Self-starter who can work independently and follow systems
Bonus: Experience working with real estate professionals or service-based businesses

HOURS & COMPENSATION:

Part-time: 10–15 hours/week to start (with potential to grow)
Flexible schedule, but some overlap with Pacific Time (PST) preferred
Starting Pay: $6.50–$7.50 USD/hour, depending on experience
Raises and bonuses available after 90 days based on performance
