YouTube Growth Expert (Organic)

We are a dynamic and fast-growing marketing looking to expand our reach and engagement on YouTube. We are seeking an experienced YouTube Organic Growth Expert to help us increase our subscribers, views, and overall engagement—without relying on paid advertising.

We are looking for a strategic and analytical YouTube expert to optimize our channel for organic growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube SEO, audience development, content strategy, and analytics. Your primary goal will be to increase our organic reach, improve video performance, and develop strategies that foster long-term audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a data-driven strategy for organic YouTube growth.

Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve visibility and engagement.

Conduct keyword and trend research to identify content opportunities.

Analyze YouTube Analytics and other metrics to track progress and adjust strategies accordingly.

Advise on content formats, posting schedules, and best practices to maximize reach.

Develop strategies to improve audience retention and watch time.

Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure alignment with YouTube best practices.

Create engaging YouTube Shorts from existing video content to boost reach and engagement.

Stay up-to-date with YouTube algorithm changes and trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience growing YouTube channels organically (please provide case studies or examples).

Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and algorithm factors.

Proficiency in YouTube Analytics and other performance tracking tools.

Experience in content strategy and audience development.

Knowledge of video editing best practices (basic editing skills a plus but not required).

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with brands, influencers, or media companies.

Knowledge of social media cross-promotion strategies.

Familiarity with YouTube monetization strategies.
