The Role:
We need a Creative Director (Performance Marketing) to lead our ad creative strategy. You’ll be responsible for planning ad concepts, directing our designer, and managing our media buyer—ensuring the right ads go live at the right time for maximum performance. Beyond execution, we’re looking for someone who can think independently, analyze our current marketing efforts, and proactively tell us what we need to do to grow.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and oversee ad concepts that drive conversions
• Manage our designer to create high-quality ad creatives
• Work with our media buyer to ensure effective ad placement and performance
• Analyze ad performance and optimize creative strategies accordingly
• Identify new opportunities for growth and provide strategic recommendations
• Stay ahead of trends in direct-response marketing
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in direct-response marketing and performance-driven ad creatives
• Strong understanding of
• Ability to manage creative and media buying teams effectively
• Ability to think independently and proactively recommend marketing strategies
