We're growing fast and looking for a Credit Repair Account Manager to join our team! If you're organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in credit repair and customer support, this is your opportunity to grow with a mission-driven company.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of credit repair and funding clients (30–50 clients max).
Provide top-tier customer service through calls,
Call credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) on behalf of clients to help expedite dispute processes.
Manage client updates and timelines using DisputeFox CRM and follow company workflows.
Assist clients in gathering required documents and completing onboarding efficiently.
Track client disputes and progress using Google Sheets/Excel, keeping records accurate and up to date.
Identify any client roadblocks and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
Ensure weekly communication with all assigned clients and proactive updates on dispute/funding status.
Maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and care when handling sensitive information.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
1+ years of credit repair or customer service experience
Familiarity with DisputeFox CRM (or similar credit repair systems)
Comfortable calling credit bureaus and navigating their dispute processes
Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple client cases
Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel for tracking, reporting, and updates
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and hit KPIs
A positive attitude, team spirit, and genuine desire to help clients succeed

Each Account Manager will manage up to 30–50 active clients depending on complexity, supported by automation tools and internal workflows. The ideal candidate is efficient, tech-savvy, and thrives on clear communication and structured systems.
