We own a Video First Marketing Advertising Agency. We help empower companies by bringing their vision to life through video content. I am looking for more short form content editors (Reels, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Shorts) to help our clients grow. As well as Long form editors.

Role: Short-form/Long Form Content Editor

Remote job

Full time 5+ hours a day (Monday - Saturday)

When hired there will be a short onboarding process and then we will begin

Fluent in English

Willing to work weekends

Responsibilities/Expectations:

Multiple simple to complex editing styles

Can edit 1-7 shorts video per day (depending on difficulty)

For Advertisement Requests we typically do the videos fairly standardized. We give a script, multiple hook variations and a body+Call to action. Never to exceed more than 60 seconds.

Have experience editing long-form videos for US businesses

Reliable internet connection



Editing Style:



For this specific role I am looking for an editor who is skilled in Upgrade to see actual info @alexhormozi editing style.

It's a popular editing style that incorporates personal b-rolls, Visual effects.

We like



Editing requirements:

Premiere Pro or Davinci

Final Cut Pro.

Adobe After Effects

Basic/Intermediate experience with VFX/SFX

Great at color grading (DaVinci)

Sound mixing/design (SFX and Audio Mixing through Adobe Podcast AI & Premeire)





Requirements:

1) Experienced Editors - You Have 1+ year Experience Editing Shorts and Long Form Videos.

2) Someone Dependable - Willing to work weekends and logs time per projects.

3) Someone Wanting a Long-Term Position - Someone whose willing to get invested for the long term plan and grow with us.

4) Someone Organized- Self Starter, Uses proper file management, familiar with Notion and Go High Level

5) Someone Adaptable - Can Learn and Use Systems I provide them with

6) Someone Looking For Consistency and Security

7) Must be fluent in English (primarily comprehension)

8) Must meet reasonable deadlines (24-48 hr Reels, 3-5 days for long-form)

9) Constant communication is a MUST (experience in notion or project management software).

Pay:

Short form video $12 - $15 per (Room for growth). You will be receiving a minimum of 30-40 videos to edit per month (These are organic videos primarily for Real Estate).

Long Form Video: $Upgrade to see actual infoper long form video. Price incentives will be available based on performance. (Youtube Videos, Podcasts, Brand Message Videos, VSL's)

Short Form Advertisements: $15 per video + $5 per additional Video Hook (0-60 Sec)
